TERMS + POLICIES

MINIMUM ORDER:
First order minimum is $150. Minimum Re-order is $100.

PAYMENT:
Payment can be made by credit card or check payable to Someday Studio LLC. Payment is processed at the time of shipment. Net 30 terms may be granted to existing customers.

BACKORDERS:
Occasionally certain products may be out of stock. You will be notified of any items that are backordered and, unless otherwise directed, we will proceed to ship all items in stock from your order. Once an item is back in stock, we will ship it out immediately unless directed otherwise. Shipping charges apply.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS:
We ask that all cancellations or changes to your order be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Any reductions or cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued a restocking fee. Incorrectly shipped merchandise or returns must be reported within 5 days of receipt. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

SHIPPING:
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Items are shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified.

Please allow 1-2 weeks before your order is ready to ship.

PLASTIC-FREE:
WE DO NOT DEFAULT TO SHIPPING OUR CARDS IN PLASTIC SLEEVES.
